Welcome to BanjaraHub. By creating a profile or using our platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be of legal marriageable age and legally eligible to marry to use BanjaraHub. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and to use the platform only to seek a genuine matrimonial match.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your profile information truthful and up to date.
• Do not impersonate anyone or create profiles for others without consent.
• Do not harass, abuse, or send unsolicited commercial messages to members.
• Do not share others' private information or use the platform for fraud.
• You are responsible for your own interactions and for verifying any match independently.

Identity verification

Identity verification is optional. If you choose to verify, you may upload a government-issued ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, driving licence, or voter ID) and confirm it is genuinely yours and that you are permitted to share it. We review the document only to confirm your identity, delete the image once the review is complete, and may decline or revoke a verification badge at our discretion. A verified badge indicates only that we reviewed a document; it is not a guarantee, and you remain responsible for independently verifying any match.

Content

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload, and grant BanjaraHub permission to display them as part of your profile. We may remove content or profiles that violate these terms or our community standards.

No guarantee

BanjaraHub is a platform to help you connect. We do not guarantee matches, marriages, or the conduct of any member. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Termination

You may delete your profile at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or harm other members.
