- Why doesn't BanjaraHub charge a monthly subscription?
- Most matrimony sites charge for months you may not use. BanjaraHub charges only when you actually reach out: 1 credit per interest sent. If you find your match in the first week, you pay for that week, not for a year.
- What is a credit?
- A credit is what you spend to send an interest to another member. One interest costs one credit. Browsing profiles, creating your biodata and receiving interests are all free.
- Do I get any free credits?
- Yes. You receive 3 free credits once your profile is complete, so you can send your first interests without paying anything.
- Which payment methods are supported?
- UPI, cards, net banking and popular wallets — all major Indian payment options, processed securely by Razorpay.
- When are credits deducted?
- A credit is deducted at the moment you send an interest. If you send an interest to someone you have already contacted, you are not charged a second time.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay in your wallet until you use them. There is no expiry date and no monthly reset.
- Can I get more credits without paying?
- Yes. Invite friends with your referral link — your friend gets a welcome credit when they complete their profile, and you earn bonus credits as your invited friends join.
- Can I chat without buying credits?
- You can chat with anyone whose interest you have accepted, and receiving interests is always free. Credits are only needed to be the one who sends an interest first.
- Are payments secure?
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. BanjaraHub never stores your card or UPI details, and the price of every pack is verified on our server before and after payment.
